We only use your ordering information (name and address, etc.) in order to process your order. All customer data is stored and processed by us in accordance with the relevant regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Law (BDSG) and the Teleservice Data Protection Law (TDDSG).

Information
You have a right at all times to free information on, and to the correction and blocking of your stored data. Please contact info@ascopharm.de or send us your request by post or fax.

Disclosure to third parties
Your address and other information are stored by us in compliance with the data protection regulations and used only for the purpose of processing orders. We reserve the right to collection information from "SCHUFA Holding AG" (the German credit bureau) concerning recent payment behaviour. In the event of any behaviour in breach of the contract, ascopharm may forward this information to SCHUFA. No data will be transferred to other agencies.

Cookies
In this shop, information on the contents of your shopping cart is stored in "cookies", which can be called up during your next visit. If you want to register with us or to place an order, we will need your customer data. The data stored in a cookie saves you having to fill in the forms again. After six months, the cookies will expire. You can also use your browser program to accept Cookies from this page - or to block them if you so wish.
